We support British farmers and artisan producers.

Our kitchen uses the finest seasonal and where possible local ingredients to create dishes

that celebrate traditional British cooking bringing a contemporary twist to fine dining.

together wines from local and distant small independent vineyards.

Our Cocktails are a delicious combination of liqueurs and spirits with local ingredients, our

OUR ROOMS

William Caxton born in Tenterden in 15th Century was a merchant, diplomat and writer.

Our six Quirky Boutique rooms have been named in honour of William and his trade.
